A new business, Globex Corporation has been created as the result of merging two large regional business, Riverina Precision Farming, and B T & Sons Farming Equipment. Globex Corp is primarily located in the Riverina Region of NSW and has three locations, Albury, Griffith and Wagga Wagga. Within Globex there are two arms to the business (Precision Farming & Farming Equipment), each of which is represented at each location.
The Globex Farming Equipment head office is located in Wagga Wagga, while the Globex Precision Farming head office is located in Griffith. Parts and Services for both arms as well as administration support are coordinated from the Albury office.

Write a business report outlining the above case, stating assumptions you make at the beginning of your report. Provide critique into the management decisions substantiating with reference to literature. In your report, make the difference between Information Systems (IS) and Information Technology (IT) issues and how it will affect customer choice, continued patronage, brand loyalty, and so on.
Suggest how to attract new customers (from competitors) and any other new business opportunities that may arise with such a set up. All these should be substantiated with references to IS and IT literature.

I experienced enormous advantages and disadvantages working in team work because as a team worker we I have to take more and more responsibilities and we have to act verity of roles throughout the whole period of team work. The major purpose of this project is establish a computer base system instead manual rostering system. Therefore, globex required a computer based system to implement as their main system. Through the computer based information system globex expected massive advantages such as Save the time, side of organization and the volunteers. Information of volunteer’s update and retrieve instantly it leads to increase efficient in work. Decrease cost as a long term benefit because this system is cost effective positively for instance, reduction with stationary, printing documents, communication costs Improve accuracy 100% for recognizing new and previous volunteers for their contribution. Under these circumstances project team able to design the measurable organization value(MOV) including goals most likely to achieve. According to measurable organization value(MOV) identified metrics values and enable to design the project and Submitted that to stakeholders to take the final approval able to complete the project successfully and it measured that This computer based system project will be successful and achieved all the requirements after 2-weeks when establish the computer based system in right place and it leads to Improve accuracy 100% for recognizing new and previous volunteers for their contribution.
Team experience and brief reflection
Being a member of a team I had a great chance access observe numerous information related to this area and co-operate with my colleagues also use my interpersonal skills and improve my ability as well as knowledge it led to develop a strong relationship between the members results a magnificent output. The team there was five members including me and each individual had a responsibility and a role to play. For becoming a project successful there should be a better and strong leadership to lead the members. The leader should understand the project requirements. At the same time the way of leading the team members is really important to make a project successful.
At the beginning of this particular project all the team members gathered and had a discussion on the project and share the individual ideas on the project. That was a great opportunity to me to link with different people who came from different countries and backgrounds. Mainly working with a group means sharing individual ideas and getting feedbacks from the others to get a final decision to success the project. These individual ideas may lead to create conflicts among the team. That happened in my team as well. However, after some arguments the team came to a final decision. And I felt I am a member of the team of colleagues after understanding the individual characteristics.
During the working in the team, I felt that, teamwork helps to build the relationship with new people. The development of each and every task assists me to overcome various types of problems which happened during the stages of the task. During the process I found both negative and the positive aspects for the project, as a member of a team I had the strength to face them.
In this project the role of mine was to finalize all the tasks and making sure all has done according the schedule. Likewise, encourage the team members to do the project properly and clearly before the deadline. I was curious about each and every member and their work as I wanted to give the best output to the client and make the client impressed. Every individual of my team was responsible and well organized. They were enthusiastic for the project and every time that they had to face for an issue, they are overcoming it with a new and a better path. However, I still need some sort of techniques and tricks to manage the team and the members to make them much more enthusiastic and make them punctual and some ideas to make a happy environment for the members and let them not to feel board and tired.
In fact, as a part of a project or a team I have to burden a lot of responsibilities, duties to make the final product or result to be completed effectively and efficiently. Similarly, during the period of project life cycle I had experienced number of difficulties and useful facts that working as a part of project team. Along with those experiences i am able to complete ma future works more successfully.
