The digital marketing era has made it is easier to enter the market and compete head-to-head with established brands. This is because the number of customers on social media platforms has risen immensely which has facilitated everyone to interact by investing less amount of money compared to the traditional marketing strategies. Supported by the wide distribution of logistics, it easier for small businesses to reach not only the local customers but also to deliver their products or services globally. Digital marketing has also made it easier to benchmark the strategies the major or well-established brands are doing that can either be replicated or modified depending on the requirements. The governments have also started to support funding and have reduced the policies and procedures to start a small business in order to improve the trade factors which has enabled many small businesses to compete with the global businesses easily. With the rise of social media marketing and social media optimization, communication factor regarding the products or services is easy and effective. For example, A small business that is making visiting cards or tags can design a website, use social media like Facebook to give sponsored ads to reach the customer and once the customer has ordered, with the help of the international logistics companies, the ordered items can be shipped to the customer destination.
