Strength

• Lack of knowledge about car market

Main competitors of a car company is other car maker company which are already serving in field and targeting the same set of customers in the Market , if we talk about some major competitors of the company BMW , GENERAL MOTOORS , MG MOTORS , KIA and other major car maker company

Before going to market themselves company needs to understand it’s competitors well then only company can perform and Market themselves in market.

Other competitors who are serving in market from long time are very efficient and experienced and they have strong market capturing so it’s become quite challenging for the company to understand their competitor and their marketing strategies in advance , their pricing policy , their channels , how they advertising how they are targeting new customers , what are new changes are taking places in market , how others cars makers fulfilling their customers needs and demands , after knowing all these things company should formulate their strategy accordingly.

There are huge market opportunities in car market due the fast technological changes and alternative fuel alternative and safety measures and rising the income level of individual are the indication of complex business environment in this era , it’s becoming quit challenging for existing players to fulfill all these demand and it creates a kind of opportunity for new players to enter or for existing players to come up with some such things that can fill these gap

So the company needs to identify the needs and then they can target their customers accordingly.

4. Leadership development program

Leadership development program refers to the development of such skills in leaders which can improve certain skills and abilities among leaders

Company should have sufficient data related the domestic and international , company must have proper knowledge about the particular region or country , after knowing all these things company can trained their leaders to deals with such challenges

Company should trained their employ that can enhance their knowledge and abilities , their skills that will ultimately bring confidence among the employee and they can deal effectively

At international level company should hire people form that particular country or company can also trained their employees about that country or region.
