The “innovation environment” at Adobe systems during the time the Kick Box program was developed was that the most of the employees that are very talented and skilled does not have good burecracy skill and do not know how to deal with the bureacracy of the organization to get the support that they want for their idea, so the adobe did a good job by developing the kick box program where the employees is being provided with a chocolate , $1000 and a notepad to write your idea, the offering of choice is strange but it help in cheering the employees which usually in making the employee cheerful and promote the innovation and idea generation.
