Describe a change you would like to see in the health care industry. Explain what you would do as a manager to encourage that change.

The change that I would like to see in the health care industry is introducing functional medicine and ancient medicine. Functional medicine means finding the root cause of a disease and treating it. Ancient medicine means following the steps of our ancestors like how they ate, behaved, lived and treated diseases in the ancient times. It will provide us information regarding what has been changed and what is wrong in the present lifestyle. We can gain knowledge regarding this and incorporate it in the modern medicinal practice. It has been shown that diary and gluten products may cause many inflammatory and autoimmune diseases in the ancient and functional medicine which has not yet evidently proved in modern medicine. So like this knowledge can be used to improve and prevent diseases. As a manager I would suggest the health care providers to use ancient and functional medicine while giving medical care. They can provide proved evidences and prevent diseases.
