-Use at least two Organizational Behaviour Models to explain the characteristics of a successful leader.
A leader can be said to be successful when they effectively handles an organization and makes it's employees work together towards a common goal. If we consider an organization with autocratic behavior model, the management and managers who handle teams have authority on their teams formally . They can use their power to make their team work. A leader who could successfully make their team respect them and obey their orders without any resistance and where the team members have great respect for their leader even when they are under the power of their leader is said to be successful.
If we consider an organization with a supportive behavioral model, leaders involve their teams in discussions and give them right to give their ideas . Leader work along with their team and help the team . In such situations , if the leader can make the team stand on a single decision and work on it and implement the ideas successfully , then that leader is a successful leader.
