As COVID-19 is the pandemic disease, the governments across all the nations have instructed to keep the country under a complete lockdown state. There remains no alternative way to stop the chain of spreading the coronavirus. But, some important sector needs to keep minimum activeness so to avoid future difficulties. The major sector is the education sector, for a student losing a year can hamper career goals and it may lead to face tough times in later phases. Basically, the college departments who undertake 4 years university program can face a lot of problems as students need to prepare for jobs or placement after their course curriculum. Any gap in their process of study may result to affect their future.
The universities should collaborate with officials and undertake plans, so as to ensure the process of teaching and all other deliverables related to their study to be successfully fulfilled. Online mediums are required to be accessed and a specific time slot should be assigned to the students. The lectures or professors need to advise to teach the students with the most essential topics that are required in the upcoming examination, the purpose of the job, etc. An interactive session has to be established with any software application where all students along with faculties can participate from home and students may get the complete learning opportunity in the COVID-19 phase.
From board work to practical sessions all are required to be arranged by the university authority for the lecturers and students need to advise with guidelines that are necessary to be followed in the learning process. It is also required to take the test in between online conduction of course and need to monitor the same so that the lecturer can ensure that the students are learning properly. All study notes need to prepare in a portable document format and must be forwarded to the students so that they can learn the chapter thoroughly. In this way, after the completion of the online teaching of a chapter, a lecturer should prepare study materials for the students under each individual department and must copy forward to the students. As the teaching will be conducted online, writing and frequent oral test are necessary to make the student prepare for the 4-year university examinations. Therefore; timing, the collaboration of work, and preparation of the processes are the vital aspects to make the course delivery successful in the COVID-19 work environment.
