answer-

The Best leader i have good experienced with is my last Manager where i have done a part time job. The person is the owner as well as the Manager of a Supermarket store. The Manager has always shown positive behavior in his managing style. As leader his traits include Inspiration, Motivational,Problem solver, self confidence,Communicator.

For example- manager announced a Bonus program in peak season where crowd shop the most in our store. Manager inspire us by giving us bonus if we perform and help customers in purchase from the stores.

He is also conflict solver who wanted that his employees should work as a team not fighting each other. whenever there is conflict, he ask them to come to his office and hears all thing then as a mediator solve their conflicts.

If i have to say his leadership style, then his style was situational because he managing style depended on the situation. If he sees that employees are hard working and performing thier job then he is supportive leader but if he sees that employees are gossiping and wasting time then he is autocratic leader who punish those who break rules and policies of company.

There is one quote from my favorite leader

“A leader is the one, who knows the way, goes the way and show the way”

JOHN C.MAXWELL

This quote was exemplified this supermarket Manager because He as leader always focused on development of store employees. For example- He provide training to all type of staff part time as well as full time. He lead by example in which he in disguise as salesperson try to sell products to customer and help them so that we as employees can see and learn from him. This example shows how the manager talk his action and show a path to employees to lead on.
