ACME Rocket Sleds can easily be used on railroads made from other ACME products such as ACME Railroad Ties, ACME Lumber, ACME Railroad Track, and ACME Spikes. Coyotes can purchase a Rocket Sled that is preassembled, or they can purchase the Little Giant Do-it-yourself Rocket Sled Kit. Out of 400 super genius coyotes surveyed, 221 were happy with their purchase of a preassembled Rocket Sled while 57 were not, and 84 were happy with the Little Giant Do-it-your self Rocket Sled Kit, while 38 were not.
b. If a super genius coyote from is chosen at random, what is the probability that the super genius coyote is happy with their purchase of a Rocket Sled. Give your answer as a percent.
Problem statement: Two sets of products are being sold to client .We have to compute the probability that a particular person chosen at random is happy with the version of product he/she is using.
Given: We are provided with a dataset consisting of 400 survey responses who are either using rocket sled which is pre assembled or a do -it -yourself rocket sled kit. We have to compute the probability that the super coyote chosen at random is happy using rocket sled.
Note : In question it is mentioned that we have to compute the probability that the coyote is happy with the purchase of their rocket sled but it doesn't mention we have to compute it for rocket sled preassembled or do-it -yourself rocket sled kit. I will be providing the probability for all three cases a) probability that coyote is happy with purchase of rocket sled preassembled b)probability that coyote is happy with purchase of do-it-yoursrelf rocket sled kit c) probability that coyote is happy with purchase of either rocket sled preassembled or do-it-yoursrelf rocket sled kit, (basically overall rocket sled product).

(a) Probability that a randomly chosen super coyote is happy with rocket sled preassembled = (number of responses with super coyotes who are happy with rocket sled preassembled purchase) / (total number of responses)
=221/400=55.25%
(b) Probability that a randomly chosen super coyote is happy with do-it-yourself rocket sled kit = (number of responses with super coyotes who are happy with do-it-yourself rocket sled kit purchase) / (total number of responses)
=84/400=21%.
(b) Probability that a randomly chosen super coyote is happy with either of rocket sled product = (number of responses with super coyotes who are happy with do-it-yourself rocket sled kit purchase or number of responses with super coyotes who are happy with rocket sled preassembled purchase ) / (total number of responses)
=(221+84)/400= 305/400=76.25%.
