1. Environmental and ecological impact of the company's operations.

Reasons - With the increasing greenhouse gas emanations, the earth is getting dirtied and the natural resources are getting drained. This has a drawn out impact on the health and prosperity of the present and people in the future. Henceforth, environmental impact of the company's operations are critical for the eventual fate of the firm as well as for the general population.

2. Legal issues because of the company's operations

Reasons - Companies need to carefully adhere to the legality of their operations and the regulatory prerequisites and standards. Deviation from these would bring about negative outcomes on the stakeholders of the firm which also affects the company's the same old thing.

B) Addressing the social obligation issues by taking up initiatives that lessen the impact of the issues and avoiding the issues altogether would bring about a drawn out altruism for the firm which causes it generate more business through its ethical means.
