2. To increase the sale company must know what their customers want. The company should make an awesome product. If you don't have a brand then you will lose your customers. First of all, the company should know that what they are selling and who are there ideal customers coma create a sale profile and assign the marketing team, train your marketing team effectively . company should never compromise on talent as talented salesman can bring more business . So company should not think to pay him a smart salary to a salesman who brings more customer . As we all know that customers are the king.

  1. People don't buy products with don't provide them any benefits. So we should focus on products which provide benefits people and we should choose that customers who are in need of our product.
  2. Company should clearly defined the customers means how old are they? Are they female or male? Do they have children? How many money can they spend on the product? Do they have any education? Are they illiterate? Company should clearly know to whom they are selling their product.
  3. Company should clearly identify the problems of their customers. Sometimes the problems are very clear and obvious but sometimes they are not obvious and unclear .sometimes the problem does not exist for the customers ,if the problem did not exist the customer will not buy your product. So clearly identify the problem.
  4. Cold calling potential prospects can be frustrating and hard, but if your product is new you have to generate call and create interest by calling to customers.
  5. Company should always pick the right price for the right product.
  6. Company should focus that "once a customer, always a customer".
