Expert Solution

To ensure that the solution implemented by Quest delivers expected results, the company must:-

  • Collect data available about the sales of the tours to these countries before the time when the offer was made.
  • Collect the data after the offer is made.
  • The next step would be to analyze and compare both the data to determine the usefulness of the solution. It must be noted here that the data compared should be relatively similar. For example- More people are going to take tours during vacation than offseason. Therefore, while comparing the data, the company must ensure that it is comparing data of the same months in different years to achieve accurate results.
  • If any tour is not performing as well as expected, the company must look into the reasons for the performance failure. In this regard, holding a customer survey for a discount can help the company in understanding how to improve its services and satisfy the customers more efficiently.

The above steps if performed properly will help the company in achieving results of the solution performance and will help in managing its operations more effectively in the future.
