People lives in isolated area and their mood is not so charming .it is common to feel depression or having mood off . But when it's going to continue for longer period then its take shape of dpressive mood disorder .according DSMV , There is several criteria for major depressive disorder

1. They show loss of interest or any pleasure towards any person or activities .

2. People are always feel depression and having irritating most of the day.

3. Significant change in appetite and weight loss .

4.feeling fatigue and insomnia consistenly .

5.feeling worthless and excessive inappropriate guilt .

6. Lack of concentration.

Bipolar Disorder:

Bipolar disorder is manic depression and extreme level mood disorder. In bipolar disorder people are show bad relationship with others and also having proffesional as well as academic low performance . The major criteria of bipolar disorder is listed below

1. Deep sadness , hopelessness , suicidal thoughts .

2. Having very short temper .

3. Trouble in sleeping .

4. Having trouble in focusing as well as concentrating .

5. Eating too little or too much and also complaining not feeling well.

5. People who suffer in bipolar Disorder must be change their life style and good , haethy life style .

Major depressive disorder is common factor and it is related to our common life activites and symtoms are sleep problem , changing appetite but in biopolar disorder change the excessively and People are suffred extremely depression , anxiety due to losses love or someone death.
