Communication is the process of transfer information from one

etc. Communication is an important tool for analysis and
understands the information. Nowadays Electronic Communication by
Mail, Telephone, etc. become the medium of exchange for all over
the world with minimum time consuming and save money.
Hospitality Industry is the Service Sector industry that doesn't produce anything and they provide the only service to their customer. Hospitality includes travel and tourism, hotels & Restaurants, Food and Beverages, Recreation, etc.. Hospitality Industry is become an important industry for the growth of the country as well as generate employment for the peoples. So communication is the major player in the success of the Hospitality Industry. Positive and Active participation of both parties makes communication more active and understandable.

Active Listening is the important tool for Hospitality Industry, before judging what customer wants, every executive should carefully understand what the customer wants to say and shouldn't disturb by asking questions, give them appropriate time to the customer for complete the communication. The executive needs to be alert and analyze what customers expect from our business and us. This helps to reduce the chance of disputes and conflict with the customer. Its important for the customer should explain his requirement and the executive should carefully be listening to it. So the Active Listening can be achieved by maintaining eye contact, don't disturb the customer, don't judge the customer before communication completion, etc.
2. Flexibility Skill
Flexibility Skills is the most important skill for communication in the Hospitality industry. Flexibility means to change your words according to the participant or situation. In the hospitality Industry every employee work on weekend and holiday with Night Shift. Still, it is important for the executive to be flexible and change according to the need of the customer and place. In Communication Every Person wants that receiver should communicate like him. So it's better for the Hospitality Industry to utilize optimum flexibility skills in communication to build a strong relationship and avoid the chance of conflicts.
