To understand what caught my interest in small business management, it's important to understand what exactly small business management. It is a process that the entrepreneur uses to operate their businesses.

Every entrepreneur starting a business sure have some kind of hidden talent, skill set, or knowledge but what makes this process difficult is how to start it. So what got my interest was " how to be customer focus". To know this concept in detail, I started learning what small business management actually is. Everything in a business can be taken care of such as people can be hired for technology, people can be hired for accounting and HR departments if you exactly know what kind of business you want to start but what actually needs to be taken care of is how to be customer focus because at the end of the day because customers pay the bills and salaries of your company. I started figuring out, who are my customers, and what are the needs. I wanted to learn about the customers before I step out into the market. So I started keeping a note on customers' needs according to my business and to what extent I can meet their needs. Everyone knows customer satisfaction is one of the most important elements in a company's success. Then once I got to know about the customer's need then it was important for me to understand what kind of customer issues and queries can be there, which are important to be considered and to be resolved.

After gaining knowledge about the customer focus, I started focusing and learning about the "work-life balance" of my teams and employees because it is rightly said, that in an organization employees and customers are two keys to success. So I started working on employees' work-life balance so that they can be happy by spending time with their family and friends which can reflect through their happiness and positivity in work also.
