Answer-1) As kidzania is a fun and learning indoor place where kids are taught through experiental learning i.e learning through experiences. Kids are given real life roles example pilot, firefighter etc and are put into real life situations where their decision making skills are tested . Its a way to give them a glimpse of the real world and prepare them for worst. One of the biggest challenge is to have fun but also at the same time incorporate learning with. Mostly children only tend to enjoy the fun part and dont learn anything. But the focus here is to put them into real life challenges and making them learn through their experiences without deviating from enjoyment. The second challenge is to find such creative teachers who can teach in a unorthodox way and be motivated throughout. The third challenge is that as the children are in large number , how to handle them all with Safety. Safety is also a big concern for kidzania and the responsibility of every child is on the company.

Answer-2) The criteria that Kidzania should follow for their future cities to enhance experiental learning is the diversification of roles and competetion for multiple days. Children shall have much more roles which they can adopt to and have fun in experiencing. Their should also be some competitions held in the year for multiple days in which children can participate and have the chance to meet new people, and can enjoy fully. To be profitable, the company should either have a subscription model for children , by this they will have a set of loyal customers . They can also have their parks in rural areas where the cost of land is also less and hence Their profit also will be bigger.
