The team-based organization means all the employees are given a goal or a project set by the manager to do as a team and finish it within the stipulated time. Working in a team gives free hand to the employees to use their skill and talent without being answerable to the manager or the boss. While working together they have to build trust among themselves, there will be better communication to resolve any issue faster, as there are many teams working on different projects, and the teamwork can be shifted from one team to another at ease in case of emergency. It keeps them motivated by having new challenges. If teamwork is connected with the reward then each employee would put in their best effort.

There are few disadvantages are also there the first one being a personality conflict, that has the negative effect on the team spirit, it affects the motivation of the employees. There may be certain employees who are not honest about the work thus the burden has to be shoulder by other employees. To overcome this adverse situation the manager has to set an individual goal in the team.

Transforming leadership as defined by James Mac Gregor is a transforming process that takes place between the leader and the followers, it is a give and take policy. It creates valuable change in the followers to become leaders. This is achieved by being the part of the work assigned by giving moral support and motivation to the followers, in turn, they follow their leader by optimizing their performance .t the leader motivates the follower and transforms them. The leader influences the follower with his intelligence and encourages them to come up with unique ideas.

The difference between these two ways of working in an organization is that transformation leadership creates more leaders. And team base organization motivates the employees to use their skill freely to achieve the target. The teamwork does require a leader. The lesson learned is the leaders and team work together can make a successful organization.
