A.)

I.) Categories of user that will be using the company's resources are the simple user, administrator and the manager here the administrator will be using the system to fully upgrade or monitor the data manipulation in the system as a manager will be able to manage and monitor the data being used by the simple users or the normal employees of the company and the data being used by the normal employers simple user will be the data according to the task allocated to them and that allocated to them will be according to the policy of the company.

II.)the factor that are responsible for a company to rethink its decision for developing a new system are

1.If they want to add new functionality to the system then they need to think of the system upgrade.

2. If the older system is not performing well or has become obsolete

3. if the old system is not able to cope up with the number of users in the system.

4. If the older systems maintenance is very costly according to the new market rates.

5. If the older system is not able to to serve the the task in the given time due to the absolute technology.

B.)

I.) Functional requirement

1. The system must enable the user to share post.

2. The system must allow the users to choose the course.

3. The system must allow users to connect and meet with the course ambassador

4. The system must allow users to sell and buy products and services.

5. The system must allow the users to access their all course materials.

Non functional requirements

1. The system must be secure.

2. The system must perform well.

3. The system should be robust.

4. The system should not behave abnormally.

5. All the data must be saved in encrypted way.

II.)

the practical problem with the system is that says you are is very confusing and some of the time users get confused about where to find the functionality in order to complete their task and sometimes users get complicated or confused about some functionality that looks identical with each other and yet have different functionality and the system is slow. The problem of system being very confused can we resolve easily by redesigning the system and the second problem of system being slow can be resolved by upgrading the system with new technology.
