Customers get the benefits of everything available under one roof, and everyday low pricing.Competitive advantage is as Walmart procures directly from the farmers with no middle men involved, and purchasing in bulk quantity thus achieving economies of scale and thus able to have a competitive advantage in the form of low cost.

Products are influenced by the languages, colour, dresses worn and cultural values of the country.For eg. McDonalds has launched McAloo Tikki made of potato burger specifically for Indian population as they dont eat beef being cows worshipped here.
