1. The Supreme Court is the final arbiter of lawsuits in our country. These 9 Justices will interpret what the Constitution means. As times changes many argue that the Constitution should change with it. Others argue that the Justices should simply be the referees between the two litigants in the lawsuit.  
2. Discuss the concepts of judicial activism and judicial restraint
3. Lastly, argue which concept should be used by our Justices.
