Early adulthood, also known as young adulthood is the stage occurs in age range of 20-40 where the individuals grow out of their puberty stages. Physical maturation is completed and the individuals now focus on other aspects such as choosing a course they want to make a career in, forming relationships, seeking jobs, getting married etc..

Forming relationships is one very important aspect in this as it can be very stressful. These relationships can be a result of similarity, proximity, liking or infatuation.

The problems in relationship during this period can be:

Conflict in friendship:

Women in a same sex relationship not just do activities together but also share as well as invest emotions in it. Therefore, the tend to have a more strong support system. Any conflict among friends can take a toll on their health. Men do more activities in the same sex relationship like golfing, basketball, watching movies, etc. They might not be extremely invested in it but it can be very stressful for them to lose out on their 'buddy'.

Dating:

This is the stage when people also seek out for romantic relationships. This can be influenced with an individual's past romantic relationships and parents' success at marriage. Their ability to form long and lasting relationship depends on the above mentioned factors. If they've had troubles with this, they'd be unable to form pleasant relationships and would isolate themselves.

Marriage:

This is one of the most important relationship in an individual's life and therefore must be carefully formed.

The other problems that can be faced are:

Problems at workplace:

Poor environment, poor culture of the organisation, work overload, etc can be a major problem and cause a lot of stress to the individual.

Problems with the partner:

People in a relationship come from different backgrounds and have different ideologies. This can create a conflict among the two which may also result in the dissolution of the relationship.

Confusion in choosing a career:

It is very common for students fresh out of school face problems in choosing a career/course. It may be associated with the fear of not liking it later on. It is often that once the individual has chosen a career for themselves, they may end up disliking it making them stressed and prone to diseases and disorders.

Adulting:

Once you're an adult, you have to learn various things such as commuting to work/college, paying taxes, having a stable income. It might be very troublesome and may make the individual demotivated and depressed.

Diseases and Disorders:

As the individual ages, they may develop diseases like Diabetes, Blood Pressure and Disorders like Anxiet y and depression. These can be also a result of extreme stressful situations like financial troubles, relationship dissolution, etc..

For instance, the quality of relationships change, vocational choice might be solidified, formal education might be completed, parenting responsibilities might be present, and changes in physical capacities might set limits on behavior. An adult's perceived success or failure can influence his/her sense of self and ability to accomplish tasks and navigate changes in early and middle adulthood....
