Rental - 2229/ month, Terms - 15 months, Discount rate - 2.5%, Present Value = 33,000.52 my question is how to get the answer of present value 33,000.52
Assumed that rent is paid at the begining of the month.
So to calcualte the present value we need to convert this disount rate given as 2.5% Per annum into per month rate
=2.5%/12=0.208% per month
