* Staff
The kidzania adopts the multicultural practices in it to adopt to various cultural differences. At some places there are blind supervisors who do activities to help kids to have experience of the sightlesness for the kids. KidZania has staff mostly undergraduates or who have the real zeal, patience, energy, interest to work with the children. Staff are passionate, creative, devoted to work with children, innovative.
* Safety measures
Safety is given the major priority in kidzania. All the kidzania facilities are planned and built keeping in mind the safety of everybody. There are surveillance cameras, well trained security force, location tracking wireless bracelet which is Integrated with special identity chip which helps in tracking location, ambulance, first aid services, all the things in the city are fire resistant, there are no sharp corners that may cause any injury.
* At KidZania there are ample of professions which enables the kids to choose any profession of their interest and know more about it by role playing.
* The design of city of KidZania follows a storyline which is supported by a theme. They represent conventional economy with all those business, entertainment, restaurants etc.
* All the activities that are developed at KidZania have a equilibrium between the learning and fun. The contents are designed in such a way that the experiences are connected to the real world life experiences.
