There are multiple factors that motivate the team's workers and employees within an organization. It usually varies organization to organization and employees to employees. Some employees are motivated over a decent salary while some want career advancement and appreciation. Usually, it is a good salary and career advancement that keeps the team's workers and employees motivated. The team workers and employees in my organization are motivated over a decent salary and time to time appreciation from the management.
The best way to compensate and reward the employees and team is to provide them incentives. The incentives should be tied with the performance or goals. Once a team achieves the goals, the team, as well as individual employees, should be provided with the incentive according to their achievements. Rewarding the team will encourage teamwork while rewarding individual employees will make them loyal to the company.
