How could you as a Christian leader foster joy in your home or your workplace?
The values that a Christian leader would posses to be an effective leader in the workplace:
1. Modesty: Modest refers to the quality or state of being unassuming for the estimation of one's abilities. Thus, this value in the workplace teaches about how to never take the credit of the activities we are not liable for. This talks about being a big person and seeking the goodness of all rather than yours only.
2. Self development: This value talks about the self inner development. A manager having this value would be effectively able to manage the employees as he had already self analysed his own activities and actions and thus have a good idea about his own strength and weaknesses.
3. Motivation: Providing motivation in any form is one basic christian value. Making people move ahead and leading them by providing both internal and external factors like appreciations and self esteem helps in building a gear and drive among people to work.
4. Correction: Telling people about their mistakes and correcting them is again one of the best values shared by a Christian leader. Controlling and making people understand where they lack so to achieve minimal waste is the simplier meaning.
5. Integrity: At last, being honest and possessing integrity in all of your actions makes you a good christian leader as for them, integrity and ethics within the tasks are the most basic and important factors to achieved to be successful.
