1.Women were greatly encouraged. More job opportunities were open for women in many streams like industries, government sector etc.

2.They gave research grants an d gave suggestions to the private companies.

3.Private companies were asked to make products at lower tax rate.

4 Many federal agencies were created leading to betterment of the situation through fixed wages, increase in labor rate or opportunities for employment.

5. More people were now income tax leading to increase in government expenditures helping in building infrastructure etc. .

6. The federal government forced factories to recognise labor union for stabilizion of economy.

These efforts were received by the American people as follows:-

1.The military sectors were also benefited.

2. Women were getting a reputed position in the society with the open job opportunities.

3. Gain in productivity with the improvement in technology in agricultural sector.

4. Per worker output was double in America in comparison to other countries.

5.The gap between the rural and urban was minimized or contrasted to some extend.
