Healthcare administrators probably face difficult in ethical decisions more frequently. The health administrator should take care of some ethical issues like cost vs care so to avoid such scenarios it would be better for him to plan and make a transparent policy than waiting until the situation occurs to make a decision between cost and care. They should be able to handle business relationships between doctors and outsider providers. If a doctor has an arrangement with a pharmaceutical company so that she receives a bonus or consideration of some kind of prescribing its products,so they mightbe inclined to prescribe that medication more often than she really should. As these types of relationships can create the appearance of impropreity, many helath care administrators ban them completely.Healthcare administrators should also accept the medical errors done by the administration and try to sorrect it instead of being reluctant to admit the faults.Effective training programs help the staff instill medical ethics and human values while promoting compassion towards patients, family members and other care givers.Administrator should maintain ongoing ethics education and create a mentorship throughout the organisation.
