I chose learning outcome number one:Define the role and ethical
responsibilities of health services administrators and managers.i
think this is, in fact, the most important duty of a healthcare
administrator to fully understand as it can truly make or break
your entire facility and staff. It is both the manager(s) as well
as the administrator(s) primary duty to maintain an ethical and
moral culture throughout the organization. According to the
American College of Healthcare Executives examples of the
responsibilities of a manager include " Conduct professional
activities with honesty, integrity, respect, fairness and good
faith in a manner that will reflect well upon the profession ",
"Comply with all laws and regulations pertaining to healthcare
management in the jurisdictions in which the healthcare executive
is located or conducts professional activities;" as well as
"Maintain competence and proficiency in healthcare management by
implementing a personal program of assessment and continuing
professional education" Following this guide of responsibilities as
well as promoting positivity and structure throughout the work
environment is the key to a successful business as well as a
satisfied staff. Overall, these duties will increase business and
decrease turnover rates in staff.

Following are some ethical issues dealing with Social Responsibility in terms of quality in HealthCare:
However the Health information manager may encourage ethical conduct in the policies and services of health care in the following ways:
Thus by understanding both, the legal and ethical side of the consequences, it could be inferred that both ethics and law are designed to serve the patients and the other stakeholders of the Healthcare sector in the best possible way by taking care of their well-being and performance. However, they only differ in the way that ethics are more of a guiding principles and not binding on the part of the Health Information Manager to follow but only depends upon his personal discretion while the legal aspects make it mandatory for the manager to follow failing which the necessary parties shall be attracting penalties and punishments. Therefore, in order to successfully manage a healthcare organization, it shall be essential for the HealthInformation manager to understand both the concepts and its consequences in detail.
