Identify the major problems with creating marketing plans.
Ans. The major problems with creating marketing plans are as follows:
(a) Providing the ROI on the marketing plan: This has been most challenging problem the manager faces. Measuring the ROI on the marketing plan is very difficult. Once the ROI is calculated, then the manager will think whether to execute the plan or not.
(b) Securing Enough Budget: The other problem comes related to securing enough budget to launch the marketing plans. Generally, marketing plans are very expensive and getting enough budget to finance them is necessary.
(c) Choosing the right marketing platform: Once the marketing idea gets finalised, next thing is to choose the right platform. The platform could be, print media, digital media, social networking sites, etc.
(d) Targetting content for international audiences: The other thing is to mold your content as per the requirement of international audiences so that international demand for your product also increases.
