In designing a benefits what are the most important considerations for the employer and why? What are the important considerations for the employee and why?

There are many considerations for the employer while designing the benefits:
-pleasure environment for the employer: it's important for the employer to have a great and workable environment.
This leads to positivity and helps the employer to have a great attitude while surrounded in a pleasant environment.
-the company should make sure that the employer gets the compensation or pay scale according to their education and experience or skills and ability to address the team or manage the team.
-it's important that while designing the benefit employer should meet the ultimate organizational goal and increase the productivity of the organization.
Considerations while designing the benefits for employees:
-job satisfaction: job satisfaction is one of the great consideration while designing the benefits for the employees as higher is job satisfaction, higher will be the productivity.
-incentives and perks: incentives and perks motivate employees to work effectively and efficiently and also this increases the productivity of an organization.
-while designing the benefits for employees it's important to consider that every employee after meeting the financial needs wants the recognition and status in the organization that inspires him and other team members.
