Anyone who is certified under CMA can do the job of hospital administrative duties, patient care, clinical duties, helping physicans.

2) I guess that you are speaking about 'consent'. So basically consent is taking permission for something to occur. It also means any agreement to do something.

Implied consent is a bit different from normal consent. It is not granted by a person but implicitly granted by a person's actions and facts and circumstances of a particular situation.

3) In nursing, negligence means to do or failing to do something which a reasonable and careful nurse would do or not do.

Malpractices:- 1) failing to give medicines as per orders or giving wrong medicines.

2) failing to take care as per ordered.

3) doing something that lead to death of the patient.

Any malpractice can lead to nursing negligence charge.
