The smartest persons which I admire the most 1) Garry Kasparov 2) Terrence Tao 3)Kim Ung-Yong.

1) Garry Kasparov : Has totally amazed the world , He is achess grand master of Russia &known as a chess computer , he has an IQ of 190. At the age of 22 , he became tge youngst world champion by defeating the champion Anatoly.

2) Terrence Tao : He is listed as the most intellligent people of the world . He is an Australian -born Chinese American Mathematician, He has many feathers on his cap as at the age he scored 760 on pre 1995 SAT, received Phd from Princeton & at the age of 24 he became the youngest professor at UCLA. His works in harmonic analysis , partial differential equations , additive combinatorics , ergodic Ramsey theory , random matrix theory& the analytic number theory.

3) KimUng -Yong : This Korean civil engineer is considered the master in child prodigy,& is verified with IQ of 210.At the age of 6 months he was able to speak & understand Korean & other languages & at the age of three he was able to read several languages like Japanese, German, & English. He solved complex calculus problems as exposed live on Japnese Television He was listed as a person with IQ in the Guinness Book of World Records.

In what ways they are smart :As Intelligence comes from Knowledge and Knowledge comes from practice ie learning, working and experience. Intelligent people knowingly or unknowingly follow this logic. Here are some of the traits that smart people carry on. They would follow most the these traits.

EQ  is the capacity for effectively recognizing & managing our emotions & those of others. These star leaders & managers with their high Emotional Intelligence quotients often tend to have modest traditional .Those people with high IQ’s & low EI quotients are usually those highly intelligent people who can be recognized as being critical, condescending, inexpressive, prone to anxiety, swept up by their intense emotions, An organization that has leaders who have emotional deficiencies can jeopardize the health & safety of the organization.
