A)Acoustics-The Charecterestics of the building or an auditorium(or any enclosure) with regard to its capacity to hear the sound clearly within. Simply the quality of the structure in which the sound is heard clearly without any obstructive echoes or resonence is its acoustics.

Phychoacoustics-It is mainly the study of how we perceive sound .It mainly includes how we listen and respond(Psychologically) and what is the physiological impact of the kind of sound or music on our nervouse system.

Both the conceps basically deal with what is sound and how is it produced and transmitted, and the relationship between the physical variables which measure sound and the perceptual variables which measure our response to it.
