4. Autonomy applied in organ allocation respect for autonomy conflict with other ethical principles on balance ,sometimes autonomy deserves respect and sometimes autonomy must give away. Our current allocation to organ system prioritize justice justice over respect for autonomy with regards to selling organs which is prohibited. And Autonomy allocation affect the Ethical problems of Utility and justice.
5. Fair innings arguments is maintains that for health care resources distributed fairly to every person should receive sufficient health care to provide them with the opportunity to live a normal life span of years. Fair innings argument is mainly prioritize with older peoples. Improving the life span of a older person is more important than saving the life of younger person in fair innings argument.
6. Futile care considered in treatment is medical care or treatment for patient with no reasonable hope of a cure or benefits.
Example : operating a terminal cancer patient even when the surgery will not alleviate suffering. And providing ventilator to a brain death patient
