(Answer) In the field of management and administration, duties and facilities might be categorised on the basis of their outcome, the type of consumer or the implications of the work. In the case of women’s labour force participation and fertility, the actions all entail obstetrician and gynaecological work and the well-being of female patients. Natal and prenatal care is the focus of activities within the labour, delivery, recovery spectrum. Such duties should be handled by the women’s labour force as well. This is because it is essential to have people in the labour division who are able to better comprehend the issues that the consumer might face. In this case, it is favourable to have a woman who understands the issues that another woman might face.

That is why it may seem like labour force participation and fertility are completely different aspects of the process that concern conception and health management. Yet, both of these aspects are ultimately concerning the health and well-being of the mother and child, along with the women’s labour force. That is why the issues are more compatible than they seem.
