Not every material developed suits the needs of all candidates. It is because there are always some differences in the learning styles of the candidates. However, these differences can be minimized by the training developer. There are the following things a training developer can do to ensure that the material he had develop suits different learning styles.

The first thing he should do is to take an assessment of the knowledge of the participants before the training. It should involve a test that should be given to participants. It would tell the training developer about the basic knowledge of the participants. The second thing he should do is to acquire the information about the participants in terms of their education, experience, and skills they own among others. It will help in developing the training material. The third thing he should do is talk to some participants about the basics of the topics he wants to cover in the learning material. Their understanding will make the training developer understand whether he should cover basics or advance in the training material.

The fourth thing he should do is to take a test after training is over. It will help him to know how much participants could grasp from the training material. The final thing he should do is to take feedback. The feedback from those who have gone through the training material will help him in revising the material to make it more productive and suitable for future candidates.
