Think of a recent situation where you have encountered conflict, such as your most recent group project, which is defined as a process that involves people disagreeing. It could be between you and a peer, significant other, family, friend, etc. Briefly describe it here. What did you want? What did the other party want?
I along with my team was working on a project in which we have to find a way to reduce the time-consuming process in the manufacturing as we are not able to fulfil all the demand of the products. we find all the possible reasons which are hindered in the performance. then we evaluate various alternative in which I suggest my team to use some another method of manufacturing. as the techniques, we use our old and we found that competitors are using another technique of manufacturing. but one of the team members argues regarding this decision. He wanted the organisation to perform the process of standardization in which they have to reduce the products they offer. Which helps to reduce the spoilage and wastage of materials so that the quality of work increases and it helps to reduce the cost of production and fatigue among the workers.
A Thumbs Up! Would be really helpful for me. If you have any questions, please leave a comment and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
