The Most challenging experience for nurses is seeing patients die after doing everything to care to them is hardest part.also long shifts are time consuming.and after doing everything for patient he doesn't give respect is worst experience for nurse.aslo keep heavy workload. most difficult parts of being a nurse are being able to work under pressure, handling stress, coping with death, long hours, working weekends/ holidays, difficult patients, hazardous materials (such as a contaminated needles, emesis, etc.), and foul smells/fluids/visuals/etc.

1)Don't take it personally. "Just knowing that the nastiness is not about you is a good start. Remember that the patient is dealing with unfortunate circumstances and likely isn’t in the best mood.
