Expert Solution

1. The program incorporates mass career customization (MCC), a framework that promotes constant cooperation between company and worker to develop personalized job pathways, taking into account both the evolving demands of both the organization and the ever-shifting lives of employees. Mass workforce configuration is a creative method of career creation that offers workers lifelong chances to sustain their work and private lives in equilibrium and the long-term dedication of managers to their jobs

2. MCC promotes a tailored professional planning approach that includes individuals as rising partners. MCC signifies the organization's commitment to each entity's performance. MCC is the material. This reduces the linear, arbitrary features of the company ladder. MCC allows supervisors and staff to work differently and change. MCC aims at creating a more open workforce with growing job options.

MCC describes the work rate, workload, location/schedule and position in four dimensions.

Pace addresses how quickly an individual needs to switch to new transparency and authority standards. Job is based on the number of hours a day or the number of business days a week, etc. The location/schedule is how the job will be completed and when. Work means the separation of an employee's role, job needs, and responsibilities. It can be a person, an independent consultant, supervisor, president, etc. MCC facilitates a greater understanding of the workers' strengths and shortcomings, hopes and aspirations, and job ambitions. This will allow employers to prepare and run their businesses. It will promote talent identification, plan for transition, increase workplace satisfaction, increase employee participation, boost incentives for development and cut costs.

3. If I have worked for Deloitte then I would:

  • Knowing there's no 'right' harmony between work and life.
  • Letting go of perfectionism.
  • Keeping my health first.
  • Unplugging in on myself.
  • Take a break.
  • Making occasions to myself and my family and friends
  • Putting limits and working hours
  • Setting targets and expectations

4. Benefits of MCC:

  • Increased employee retention.
  • Increased employee satisfaction.
  • More productive employees.
  • Increased career option for the employees.
  • Increased employee loyalty.
  • Less hiring and retention cost.
