Need to see how Research Hypothesis and Null Hypothesis is appropriate for research question Also Variables are to be Operationally defined for it as well.See the following article due by 10pm.

HYPOTHESIS:
Hypothesis is an assumption or concession made for the sake
argument.
RESEARCH HYPOTHESIS:(H1)
A research hypothesi is the statement created by
researchers when they speculate upon the outcome of a research or
experiments. A clear statement that describes an expected
relationship between variables.
EXAMPLE:
Employee's job satisfaction is positively related to
their commitment to the organization.
NULL HYPOTHESIS:(H0)
It's equality or of unrelatedness. Accepted or rejected in favour
of an alternative.Specifically the hypothesis that an observed
difference is due to chance alone and not due to systematic
cause.
EXAMPLE:
In a clinical trial of a new drug, the null hypothesis
is might be that the new drug is no better,on average, than the
current-drug.There is no differnce between the two drugs on
average.
NULL AND RESEARCH HYPOTHESIS:
-- Directional and One-tailed tests
--Non directional and Two-tailed tests
--Good hypothesis
--Clear,declarative,brief
--Tell us about expected relationship between
variables
--Reflects theory,past research
--Are testable.
