PSL:
PSL's are called Personal Seat license which can be defined as a license to own a specific seat for the entire season. The genesis of the idea was between 1980 and 1990 as a means to meet the financial aspects of the stadium. Any individual with a personal seat license can sell his/her seats when they are not interest in purchasing season tickets. The PSL has to be renewed every year for the individual to enjoy the rights to the seat.
