During expanding a housing company into the Canadian market, following are the problems can be encountered, these are as stated below:

  • Issues with compliances: company will surely face issues with compliances, as company is going to expand their company, so , they need to comply legal compliances with regard to expansion of company volume.
  • Issues will come with availability of resources, as, company will be expanding so, they require sufficient resources to fulfill their project objectives, and however, getting such resources and maintaining retention of such resources could be much difficult.
  • Organization needs to update policies and practices as to support their expansion activities; they could face issues in this context as company needs support from various expertises who can guide them to pursue clear expansion.
  • Expanding the housing company will bring several changes in the existing structure, organization needs effective change management to deal with such changes, and they should be keeping all the information flow much effective in all regards.

Top Management team could find such implementation process much difficult as they need to create strategic objectives and align such objectives with various project objectives and departmental objectives.
