H&M is a Sweden based company, that deals in the clothing line from the past many years. H&M is known to be a very famous and reputed company. It has earned a lot of fame and goodwill by providing a quality product to the consumer so that consumers are really loyal to the company. The consumer who is really loyal towards the company tends to buy their clothes most probably from H&M.
H&M trade globally and in India, it has its branches. The main marketing plan of H&M in India is that it wants to be more diversified and expanded. H&M wants to be more expanded financially and globally. H&M can grow and expand its business bio diversifying its clothing line into more stores in India. By opening new and more stores in India, would ultimately lead H&M to grow further and on a lot of profit. To be more superior, H&M tries to take over the small stores, and take them under its consideration and expand its own clothing line. By doing this, it can expand further the clothing line in India. This is the main marketing plan that H&M would follow to be successful in the Indian market.
