What is fadding What are various types of fadding.
Fadding means variation in the signal received at the receiver.
There are various types of fadding as described below
Selective fadding more prevalent for higher frequencies
Interference fadding: produced by the interference between upper and lower rays of the sky wave.
Absorption fadding: It occurs due to variations of signal strength with the different amount of absorption of waves absorbed by transmission.
Polarization fadding: occurs due to change in polarization of the down commingled sky waves.
Skip fadding:oocurs at distance near the skip distance.
