THE PATIENT SEEMS TO BE UNDERWEIGHT PRIOR TO PREGNANCY AS THE NORMAL BMI SHOULD BE 18.5 TO 24.9.

2.CLIENT'S TOTAL WEIGHT GAIN GOAL FOR  PREGNANCY SHOULD BE BETWEEN 28 lbs TO 40 lbs. BUT SHE GAINED WEIGHT OF 26 lbs WHICH IS LESSER TO THE NORMAL WEIGHT GAIN THAT SHOULD BE ACHIEVED.

3.SHE GAINED AN INAPPROPRIATE GAIN OF WEIGHT DURING THE FIRST TRIMESTER OF HER PREGNANCY , SHE LACKS PRECONCEPTIONAL CARE WHICH MAY BE THE REASON FOR LESS WEIGHT GAIN .BUT STILL SHE HAS ACHEIVED GAINING 1 TO 4.5lbs DURING THE FIRST TRIMESTER WHICH HAS LATER IMPROVED THERAFTER IN THE COURSE OF HER PREGNANCY .
