1.Mike lefevre ,steel worker is unsatisfied wirth his job as a steelworker because he feels that he is not being recognized for his hardwork.he is on a job where he gets forty to fifty pounds a day.he feels that he cannot be creative. he has a job where he does the same routine every day, where are no choice to choose from.he also feels that he has nothing to point and say that he took part in making that.he believed the day he gets excited about his job is the day he goes to headshrinker . My opinion is that most of the people are facing the same situation, they feel the same way as their hardwork goes in vain.they also feel that though they have talents and skills beyond education they lack opportunities to explore their talent.some people love to learn more but their circumstance force them go for job .in some cases people work for their families eventhough they hate the type of work they do and .they are getting paid lower.due to lack of job opportunities today they are forced to go for a job which is not relevant to their field.

2.Mike wanted his kid to effect snob because he never wanted his son to feel unfulfilled like him,so that he will be able to make a mark in life.he wanted is children to go to college so that they will not be left out like him this shows that he feels unfulfilled and we can also sense his feeling when he says that he feels like old mule known to have lack of intelliegence .he also resents that his supervisor is younger than him because he did go to college and he did not.this is why he putting an ambition into his children and encouraging them to go college.

3.Mike says that people who do not fulfilment in job or family they become depressed or dissconnected .they feel insecure this is called midlife crisis .everyone are born with potential ,some find opportunities to explore while others are not once people feel this emotions they seek how to fix the problem or decide to check out.those who seek out to fix problem. it takes that one person with the talent to relate his experience to a group of individuals who have experienced the same,to build a coalition against that which is keeping them down.
