e-government system needs the right information and Infrastructure
for Communication Technology ( ICT), and usually The government
must own, administer and maintain the system and Infrastructure.
This could be very expensive. In addition, investment in systems
and facilities needs to be wisely determined. This is not an easy
job; however, as the traditional ICT infrastructure is rigid. If
the device is too big, it can be used to waste money. However, if
the device is too small, it is not easy to scale up.
Cloud Computing is the latest information technology innovation that helps developed countries adopt their e-government systems at a very low cost and provide better services to their people. These adjustments should, of course, reflect the way in which the government operates in terms of the structure of the government, its relationship with its people, institutions and companies, and its cooperation with other governments.
