What strategies did McDonald's and Popeyes use to manage their products?

McDonald's as well as Popeyes both are the American based multinational company that is having a business of fast food products and are spread in many countries in the world. McDonald's includes products like Burger, fries, beverages, ice creams, etc. And the Popeyes includes varieties of fried chickens. Both companies are having different competitors in the market and their product strategy is to be at the top and try to take a competitive advantage over there competitors in the market place. Moreover, product strategies also include how the companies attract their customers with the help of your varieties in the food products and customer service provided to there customers. This will help the companies to grow their business more and try to remain one step ahead of there competitors. Furthermore, the company also uses the strategy of doing advertisements for there newly launched products which will help them to manage their products, and people will get to know about the product just added in the company.
