SEMCO is the one the most appealing company in this universe as an employee you do not need job titles and personal assistants. the organization works like- individuals set their own salaries as there is sharing of profits among everybody.

SEMCO started witnessing the success after the entry of Ricardo joined the company, when he was nineteen. Ricardo have suggested diversification in the company. This strategic approach result to the organization spreading its risk.

the second strategy adopted by Ricardo is - self-manages teams. The teams would have seven to eight production helpers who would have entire control of all aspects of production. there was freedom of employees to set their own budgets and production goals that saw the company start improving.

The third approach strategy by SEMCO is one that allows the development of ideas from employees. This is because of the existing culture and the environment of the organization where employees have full autonomy of making decisions. Such an environment helps the to employees improving their productivity since their pay is dependent on the profits of the organization. profit sharing is a great source of motivation to the employees and this result to an increase in output. I
