What are some effective strategies to properly manage weight during a lifetime? Do you currently use any of these strategies to manage weight? If not, do you think any of these strategies would be useful to you? Why or why not?
Weight loss may be successful if we will change our habit on daily basis.The common strategies to properly manage weight during a lifetime is following-
1. Exercise- it is the most important, to lose the weight. It burns the calories, it we want more calories burn then should do more workout.
2. Motivation- self motivation is very important to lose the weight. No one can help to lose the weight . It is very important to prepare a list that what will help to you stay motivated.
3.set a goal- If you want to lose their weight first of all you should set a goal. During goal set you should concentrate on input, process and output then you can achieve your goals.
4.Eat breakfast regular- it may help you to achieve your goal. From the researchers those people who takes breakfast daily they can easily manage weight loss.
5. Protein diet--It is very essential for our bodybody to maintain the weight. It helps to affect the hormone that reduce the calories.
6.To eat healthy food- we should eat healthy food timely to maintain the weight lose.
7. To change the perspective- It's not enough to take healthy food and exercise for few days or months. If you want long term weight management , then allthe above habit should maintain lifetime.
Yes, Some of the above strategy we use on daily basis to maintain the weight like exercise, protein diet, Daily breakfast. These are very important part of the life.
